Martinez Web Shop Inc. (“Martinez Web Shop”) operates multiple apps and websites (including martinezwebshop.com). It is Martinez Web Shop’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our apps or websites.

Website & App Visitors

Like most website operators, Martinez Web Shop collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Martinez Web Shop also collects non-personally-identifying information in the download and use of its apps, such as operating system and number of downloads. Martinez Web Shop’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Martinez Web Shop’s visitors use its services. 

Martinez Web Shop also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for visitors (as part of the web server’s standard logging process), and potentially personally-identifying information like first and last name, and email address, for users who have logged in (or requested to log in) to a specific group’s app. Martinez Web Shop does not disclose logged in user information and visitor IP addresses or personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Martinez Web Shop’s mobile apps and websites choose to interact with Martinez Web Shop in ways that require Martinez Web Shop to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Martinez Web Shop gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, users who join a Martinez Web Shop app are required to supply their first name, last name, and email address. Those who engage in other functions within a Martinez Web Shop app — such as sharing photos or video, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the permission to access photos stored on a device, or other permissions required to complete a task. We may also email you periodically to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Martinez Web Shop and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate the latter type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.
